Jack Johnson Coming to Town

I just got a message from my buddy to let me know that Jack Johnson was going to be here in a couple weeks and wanted to know if I was interested. The last time I saw Jack Johnson was in Bend and blogged about it here It was an awesome time. I was staying at my parents house since the venue and their house are in close proximity. Hot weather, and hot girls, and of course Jack Johnson.

Usually I would go no question buy funds have been tight lately and so that makes it much more difficult to make shows. No funds needed! My friends place is a stones throw away from where Jack is playing and we can hear the concert no problem from his back deck. Add Jack Johnson to my list of concerts this summer!

MATISYAHU Concert

Last weekend I went to Matisyahu concert with my friends. I had heard of him before and maybe had heard only a few of his songs before. I really had no Idea what to expect. He was playing at the zoo. I had never seen a show at this venue so I was certainly curious about how the show would be. It was a perfect night to see a show. It was warm, but not too warm and the beers were ice cold. As we waited for the show to start we hung out in the beer garden where I ran into some friends that I've not seen in a long time. I ran into one of my sisters good friends from college who I had not seen in a couple years. Matisyahu totally rocked for a solid two hours and I loved every minute. I could have never expected such a fantastic show! I will definitely be buying his latest album. Check out his Matisyahu website!
